Since beginning his medical journey, Dr. Prosper Joseph Tluway has played a vital role in transforming rural healthcare in Tanzania. Starting as an intern and progressing through roles as a General Practitioner and Medical Officer in charge, he has delivered exceptional care in obstetric, pediatric, and surgical emergencies. As Vice Chairperson of the Chief Sarwat Women Organization, he actively promotes women’s health education and early disease screening. His hands-on experience and commitment continue to influence community health and patient outcomes.

Early Years
